The South Carolina Commission on Higher Education hosted the second South Carolina Transfer Excellence Convening on October 4, 2023, at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center. During this Convening, we continued to discuss how to make South Carolina the national leader in transfer, hear how South Carolina institutions are addressing transfer on their campuses, and meet the South Carolina Transfer Excellence Council.
