COLUMBIA —Today the South Carolina Commission on Higher Education (CHE) announced the go-live of an enhanced Higher Education Data Dashboard as part of CHE’s continued effort to provide access to higher education data for the state by updating its data reporting capacity via the internet.

The new dashboard includes a drill-down feature which allows access to enrollment data by institution type, category, name, reporting year and semester.

In addition to the updates in functionality, additional changes have been made to the layout and access to reports for ease of use:

• The new data landing pages include Enrollment, Scholarship, and Degree Statistics.
• The “Search the Document Catalog” feature is now located on the banner of the new dashboard. This feature provides access to our data repository, which contains higher education data from 1999-2021.
• The repository includes data by semester, academic, calendar and fiscal year, depending upon the data type. It also includes reports and a download function which will allow access to reports via Excel, Adobe (PDF) or HTML.

The SCCHE’s dashboard data is the result of collaboration with the State of South Carolina Higher Education Institutions’ Data Representatives. The new dashboard can be accessed from the homepage www.che.sc.gov , click on the button titled “CHE Data New 2/22.”
