Helene Closures and Delays at South Carolina Institutions

The National Hurricane Center forecasts predict the most significant impacts of Hurricane Helene are expected in the Upstate throughout the Midlands with 6 to 12 inches of rain, with isolated amounts up to 18 inches. Heavy rainfall will result in flash flooding. The concern for tornadoes is elevated.
